Sagesa was established in 1983.
Since then Sagesa has provided holiday rentals mainly in the Elviria area to the East of Marbella.
Other divisions of Sagesa cater for Community Administration including official tax returns, accounts, annual meetings, gardening, cleaning and property maintenance.
With the wealth of experience built up over the past 30 years and given the training and productivity of the staff Sagesa has been in a position to supply Property Management services to third parties including prestigeous clients such as Marriot, Hotel Don Carlos, Taylor Woodrow, Club la Costa and Heritage Resorts.

Sagesa was awarded an ISO 9001 Certificate of Quality in recognition of the standards applied by Sagesa in the delivery of it’s services.

Sagesa employs over 500 people but with our staff broken down into small teams to manage the different areas of the business we can still apply the personal touch while at the same time drawing on the experiences and staff availability of all teams to allow us to cater for the provision of most services required by our clients and to be able to do so on a 24/7 basis
