Up to recently Sagesa concentrated on renting high quality apartments in the Elviria area but demand from our maturing client base and our Agents looking for an upmarket product has prompted us to expand our range of property

To this end we are looking for good quality villas initially between Rio Real and Cabopino.

Ideally villas will have a minimum of 3 bedrooms and a private pool.

We will look forward to dealing with all matters to do with a rental leaving you free of any hassle and problems

We can provide all linen and towels required by tenants and the company and staff are fully insured for the business.

You may block off your own personal time and then release the rest of the time to us if you wish.

While we do not require villas to be allocated to us on an exclusive basis it can make the process easier and more effective.
