Over the years Sagesa has built up the number of Communities we manage. A Community or group of Communities is managed by an individual team but the trade disciplines (cleaning, gardening, plumbers, maintenance etc) can work across different Communities. As our number of Communities grew so did our ability to develop a large staff base of well trained professionals who have built up a wealth of experience and knowledge. This growth allowed us to provide outsourcing services to non Community entities. We have and currently do provide services to companies and hotels many of whom are demanding international clients who have strict company standard guidelines to maintain.
